Nestled on 15+ scenic acres, Caspian Equest is a private, thoughtfully designed boarding and training facility, conveniently located off HWY 75 & HWY 121 in Texas. Our peaceful, well-maintained property offers top-tier amenities, including riding arenas, turn-outs, and a well-lit indoor arena for year-round training.
With expert care from our full-time ranch hand and on-site owner and head trainer, your horse receives the attention they deserve. We provide daily turn-outs, blanketing, and high-quality, regulated feed. Our professionally managed staff ensures a clean, safe, and welcoming environment.

Our half-lease program provides riders the chance to ride the same horse three days a week, helping them build confidence, skills, and a true connection. With a full-lease, riders enjoy even more time to ride, train, and grow alongside their horse, enhancing their equestrian training.
